Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders from The Pink Bakery, Inc regardless of signed contract or not. 

All non-wedding orders require 100% payment at the time the order is placed to reserve your event date. Wedding orders require 50% deposit at the time the order is placed and the final payment must be paid 1 month  before the event date. The client agrees to colors, designs, sizes, servings and flavors upon placement of the order. Upon pickup or delivery of the order, the product is accepted “as is” and no refunds will be issued.

Delivery charges for special orders and non-wedding cakes are $10.

We reserve the right to use creative judgment or make adjustments where we feel necessary in order to maintain the quality and workmanship of our designs but also preserve the interpretation of your design to the best of our abilities.

All goods will be photographed and we reserve the right to use any photographs for display or promotion. This disclaimer for orders placed online through email or over the phone serves as acceptance of the terms and conditions in lieu of signing an agreement before placing an order. Once said order is processed, the client agrees to the terms and conditions set forth on this page.

We do not provide cake stands, cupcake stands or trays for dessert displays.
Tasting consultations can be scheduled for weddings only and there is a $27 non-refundable fee for this appointment.
The client assumes ALL liability and responsibility for the condition of the special order, non-wedding cake and wedding cake once it leaves our possession.
Wedding cake delivery and setup fees are non-refundable. This fee depends on the cake size, distance and location but start at $25.
Our specialty dessert mixes are made in small batches. They are mailed every Tuesday. The cut off day for mixes to be sent the following Tuesday, is Saturday at noon.

If an order is cancelled after it has been booked, we lose business from potential clients that were turned away to reserve your event date. Additionally, all of our goods are custom made using specialty, perishable, time sensitive ingredients. For those reasons, all non-wedding payments made in full are non-refundable and non-transferable. Wedding cake orders can be cancelled up to 1 month prior to the wedding date but deposits are non-refundable.

Our Responsibility: Our performance is contingent upon the ability of The Pink Bakery, Inc to complete the agreement and is subject to labor disputes or strikes, accidents, natural disasters, inclement weather, and other causes beyond our control.

We strive to provide you with the best custom designs. Please keep in mind that we are creating custom specialty baked goods. It is very important to ask as many questions as possible to ensure that what is agreed upon is exactly what you want. No question or concern is trivial to us.
